In the first planning session, you may want to look at the following factors:
How are you going to tackle this problem?
What are the strengths YOU can each bring to the project?
What type of tutorial are you going to create and why? Research based justification and client needs/wants
Who is your audience and how will you match the content with the audience?
What role will you play? Some roles to consider:
Team 1
- Wiki creator & content manager - responsible for making it all look the same
- Meeting scheduler/coordinator - sets up times and methods of collaboration, archives sessions, contacts me for opening room, records attendance - Ray Kiser
- Editor - spelling, grammar, organization, fluency - Letty Cantu/Claudia Salinas/Aglhaen Nieto-Cruz/Ray Kiser
- Head Researcher - (each will be responsible for some of the research) - Letty Cantu
- APA formatting editor - Claudia Salinas
- Software trainer - someone who learns software and teaches to others - Aglhaen Nieto-Cruz
