Collaborations with Faculty:

I am working with Dr. Renee Rubin and Dr. Kathy Bussert-Webb.

Robert and I are working together on Dr. Rubin's course and are in a "holding pattern".  We hope to receive access to her online course this week.*** We have received access and I have reviewed the course.  Robert is researching items of interest to Dr. Rubin and I will assist in the upload and formatting of the items.

I have received content from Dr. Webb and have begun reviewing the content to determine the best possible collaborative solution for her students.  I will have this complete by Saturday 2/14 at which time I will review the model with Dr. Webb.

2/15 - All of Dr. Webb's materials are prepared in Google Docs.  I have added her as a collaborator and am expecting to discuss the project with her either this weekend or next.

I have received access to Dr. Rubin's online course.

Please list the courses you have completed thus far. 

     I received a Master of Science in Curriculum & Instruction at Texas A&M - Corpus Christi in 2005. At UTB, I have taken EDTC 6341 and EDTC 6340.

What is your subject matter expertise or interest?  In other words, what do you do well and what are you interested in learning more about?

     I am happy with ANYTHING!

Please specify grade level you would be most interested in working on (if you are in K-20) or what industry you would be interested in working with?

     I would prefer to work with 13-20.

What technologies are you competent/expert in using?

     MOST.  The few I'm not familiar with I pick up quickly.

Are you familiar with any CMSs. If yes, which ones?

     ANGEL, Blackboard, WebCT, Moodle, Epsilen, TK-20, Desire to Learn (D2L), Sakai....

What would you like to accomplish by the end of this course?

     I would like to have built an entire online course including interactive elements that will enhance the interactivity of the course and improve student outcomes.  At 10 hours per week or 160 hours, I believe that this goal can be achieved.  When working with faculty I find that the faculty need to have the same goal and timeline to complete the project. 

What additional information would you like to share with me that may help to better match you with a client?
