Commentary on Shannon Reynold's Galveston Analysis:  Shannon, I really enjoy the clean look of your analysis.  I can see that your analysis is somewhat focused on how technological measures (electronic devices as you put it) were not available to assist in evacuations and preparations to limit catastrophic damage and deaths.  I wonder how it would feel to go from calm weather to 15 feet of storm surge flooding your city in a matter of hours.  Very scary indeed! Great job with your analysis on the scenario and use of multimedia research to back up your findings.  I know that together our team will find out how cities such as galveston can better prepare for hurricanes of this magnitude.
