6329 Special Topics Weeks 5 through 7

This week, you will be reviewing the topics presented by experts in the field of training via the Training Mag Network archived sessions and upcoming sessions.   According to Training, "Training magazine is a 50-year-old professional development magazine that advocates training and workforce development as a business tool." The magazine looks at many issues in training, including leadership, HR issues and training to include "learning theory, on-the-job skills assessments and aligning core workforce competencies to enhance the bottom line impact of training and development programs." This magazine is geared toward trainers, human resource programs and professionals in the field of training (http://www.trainingmag.com/about-us). 

This organization provides professional development through white papers as well as webinars for certification and also for free. You will be viewing six (6) webinars in the next two weeks and reflecting on the webinar, what you learned and how you can utilize the information.
